The Real Estate West Auckland market continues to improve in most, but not all, price brackets.

There have been some real success stories recently.

How is your property presented? Does it welcome buyers or turn them away? What are the buyers saying? Does your home need a marketing push? You can’t sell a secret. Is your advertising reaching the buyers?

Advice for Buyers: Go out and buy! Banks are easing their lending criteria. If you already have pre-approved finance, it may be worth reviewing it if you want to buy in a higher price bracket.
